Tietomassa Oy (limited) is an IT consulting company based in Helsinki, Finland. Tietomassa is an expert in roads, mining and environment and has 15 years’ experience in carrying out large software projects in these fields.

Tietomassa software projects provide solutions for data gathering and analysis, quality control and distributed information systems. Components developed in Tietomassa are reused and flexibly adapted into new solutions and business areas.

Tietomassa projects are customer based projects with strong R&D focus. They are carried out in close cooperation with the customers in order to meet the customer demands.

Tietomassa has an ISO 9001:2008 certified management system for marketing, development, delivery and maintenance of software. Certificate was given by Det Norske Veritas in 2002.

Tietomassa is family business owned and run by its founder, Pertti Massa, M.Sc. in civil engineering. He begun his career as an entrepreneur in Oulu in 1992, and moved his business to Helsinki in 1998.
